As a Senior manager for multinational general contracting and construction management companies, for over 15 years David led complex projects through preconstruction efforts and from development to completion of construction. Also in recent years, he has worked as an owner/operator of SBR Homes and Southern ICF Builders as a master builder of luxury custom homes in Tampa, Florida handling all aspects of design and construction including self-perform of the structural framing scope as well as miscellaneous carpentry and finishes. David is a family man, married with 3 kids, and enjoys kids sporting events as well as mountain biking, camping and outdoor activities. As an avid reader and lifelong student, David contributes his success first to faith in God, and then to perseverance, failures, and learning from others. Innovation and team are also very important. Inspiration comes from many sources including his spouse Rachael; and industry leaders such as Jack Welch, Jorge Perez and Wang Jianlin. Educated at Mississippi State University with a Business degree in Management of Construction and Land Development, with a minor in Economics and emphasis in Finance, David is well prepared to represent and protect his investors. Values include honesty, integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic as instilled as a child, keeping full or part time employment since age 14, and honored as an Eagle Scout.
Design/Build firm of custom homes in Lexington, KY and Tampa, FL. SBR has partnered with DS Green Investments to guarantee performance and manage cost of our luxury single family home product. This firm has been established since 2016 and founded by industry professionals with over 40 years of experience.

Southern ICF Builders completes ICF structures throughout the Southeast US, and partners with DS Green Investments to provide a superior product than otherwise is available in many markets.
Housing cooperative where tenants are patron members with ownership, and investor members provide equity in exchange for preferred return. Living Co-op performs all property management and maintenance activities for DS Green Investments and our syndications unless the asset does not align with Living Co-op mission and values. In this case, we will outsource to third party management firms within our network.
